Age Limit : Candidates upper age limit should be 28 years as on 31.12.2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Education qualification: Candidate should have passed full time B.Tech / B.Sc and final year students (who expect their results on or before 14.08.2015) with not less than 65% marks from branch of  Electrical /Civil / Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering from AMIE (results will be cleared on or before 31.03.2015) / any recognized University / Institution are eligible .

Selection process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in GATE-2015 exam Score Card , GD and  Personal Interview.

1. Before applying online, candidates should have valid e-mail ID.
2. Log in to the website " www.powergridindia.com ".
3. Click on the " Career", next on "Job opportunities".
4. See the "Executive Trainee 2015" ,next click on " click here to Apply".
5. Candidate should have to fill all the details of application and submit the form.
6. After submission, take a print out copy of  application for future reference.
Important Dates:
Starting Date to Apply Online: 15.01.2015.
Last date for Apply Online: 27.02.2015.
Availability of Gate Admit card from: 17.12.2015.
Date of GATE - 2015 Online Examination: conducted on Saturdays and Sundays (between 31^st January, 2015 and 14^th February , 2015).
